During that time, he has led the company to several notable achievements, including Business of the Year, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Contractor of the Year, and the IKOPeak Performance Award, and more. While he is proud of these accomplishments, Mark is even more proud of the team behind him and the strong reputation they have built for quality workmanship. Estimator/Project Manager/Metal Roofing

Jake is a vital member of the Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd team, leading our metal roofing division and supporting both our staff and customers. As a project manager, he coordinates crews, manages schedules, ensures materials and resources are in place, and oversees every stage of a project to make sure it runs smoothly and safely. He also handles any challenges that arise on-site, keeping homeowners informed and confident throughout the process. His leadership, reliability, and dedication to quality make him an essential part of our team.

Estimator/ Exteriors and Commercial Roofing

Darren is a valued member of the Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd team, specializing in exterior and commercial projects. As an estimator, he is committed to providing clear, accurate, and timely estimates while helping ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Darren works closely with both customers and crews to keep jobs organized and on schedule, always prioritizing strong communication and dependable service. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication make him an important part of our team.

Ryan has been a valued member of our team for several years, gaining hands-on experience through laboring, shingling and repairs. Through his dedication and strong work ethic, Ryan has grown into his current role as one of our estimators. With practical knowledge and a genuine commitment to quality, Ryan provides customers with the peace of mind they’re looking for when planning their projects. He’s always happy to answer questions, walk clients through their options, and ensure they feel confident every step of the way.
